If you are interested in increasing your benefits as per the new limits, feel free to complete the following form.

Please note: Coverage cannot be bound by submitting this form alone.  Once this form is submitted, a broker will get in touch with you to discuss the changes, and advise how coverage can be bound.

This benefit currently allows for 70% of gross income to a maximum of $400 per week.
This benefit allows up to $250 per week for the first dependent plus $50 for each additional dependant, and is currently only available for catastrophic injuries.
This benefit allows up to $100 per week, and is currently only available for catastrophic injuries.
Currently provides: $25,000 lump sum to an eligible spouse; $10,000 lump sum to each dependant; Maximum $6,000 for funeral expenses.
Currently not provided. Benefit available: Up to $75 per week for the first dependant and $25 per week for each additional dependant to a maximum of $150 per week.
Currently not provided. Benefit available: Annual adjustment for inflation for many benefits according to the Consumer Price Index for Canada.
I would like to increase my third party liability benefit:
There is currently a $36,905.40 deductible for court awarded compensation for pain and suffering. This could be reduced by $10,000 regardless of annual indexation percentage increases.
