You may already be:
- · Well organized with a good attention to detail;
- · Able to prioritize and manage your time;
- · RIBO Licensed, but if not, we can work with you to complete your training & licensing!
- · Independent with a positive outlook and interpersonal skills;
- · Ambitious with a demonstrated ability to succeed;
- · Strong communicating verbally and in writing;
- · Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
- · A graduate of a University or College program.
It’s not mandatory, but we would be thrilled if you have:
- · Sales or customer service experience;
- · Fluency in a second language;
- · Knowledge or experience with insurance.
You will eventually:
- · Use MS Office and Broker Management Software to prepare reports, presentations, and documents;
- · Effectively manage and add to our existing book of automobile and property insurance accounts;
- · Represent our company when visiting clients and at local trade shows (safely as COVID-19 allows);
- · Conduct assessments of coverage completeness and correctness;
- · Champion kaizen, innovation, SCRUM and other company initiatives;
- · Provide superior customer service to support client loyalty;
- · Update and maintain clients’ insurance policies;
- · Identify and approach new clients.

- Assist in managing existing book of automobile and property insurance accounts;
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to new and existing clients;
- Conduct assessments of coverage completeness and correctness;
- Provide superior customer service to create client loyalty;
- Identify and approach new clients;
- Update and maintain clients’ insurance policies;
- Represent our company and products at local trade shows and develop strategic partnerships; and
- Champion company kaizen, innovation, and marketing initiatives.
Your Needs:
- RIBO License in good standing;
- 1-2 years of applicable experience, or a demonstrated passion to excel;
- Valid driver’s license;
- University Degree or College Diploma;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; and
- Ability to work independently and contribute positively to our team dynamic.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with personal or commercial insurance lines; and
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset.
