Come visit the RJ Morris booth on September 10-12 at Canada’s largest outdoor farm show! Hosted in Woodstock, this event showcases the most innovative technology and methods in agriculture.
Now that the London Junction project is completed, we are moving the Thorndale Train station and Caboose to the RJ Morris property. In place of the current farmhouse, the Station and Caboose will add another unique space for many to enjoy.

After hard work and patience, the London Junction is complete! Currently at the entrance of the RJ Morris property, the London Junction takes you back to older days of when railways used Watchman’s Shanties to shelter employees. Currently, Sheldon has staged it as a display space with interesting antique decorations.

You may already be:
· Well organized with a good attention to detail;
· Able to prioritize and manage your time;
· RIBO Licensed, but if not, we can work with you to complete your training & licensing!
· Independent with a positive outlook and interpersonal skills;
· Ambitious with a demonstrated ability to succeed;
· Strong communicating verbally and in writing;
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
· A graduate of a University or College program.
It’s not mandatory, but we would be thrilled if you have:
· Sales or customer service experience;
· Fluency in a second language;
· Knowledge or experience with insurance.
You will eventually:
· Use MS Office and Broker Management Software to prepare reports, presentations, and documents;
· Effectively manage and add to our existing book of automobile and property insurance accounts;
· Represent our company when visiting clients and at local trade shows (safely as COVID-19 allows);
· Conduct assessments of coverage completeness and correctness;
· Champion kaizen, innovation, SCRUM and other company initiatives;
· Provide superior customer service to support client loyalty;
· Update and maintain clients’ insurance policies;
· Identify and approach new clients.
Other:
We offer competitive salary and benefits including health and dental coverage for full-time positions. Additional commissions are possible for new business. Recognizing that people need to take time for appointments during office hours we offers flex time and hourly vacation time usage.
