Report a Claim
No matter what type of claim you are reporting, your first step is to contact your insurance broker directly at 519-283-6608, and we will assist you throughout the claims process. Please make sure you have your policy number and details of the loss readily available.

Tips for making a claim:
- File your claim as soon as possible. Many policies have a time limit for making a claim, and it is best to report it while the information is still fresh in your mind.
- Give the details clearly. The easier you make things for your insurance company, the faster we will be able to process the claim.
- Stick to the facts. Never try to exaggerate the value of your claim. Doing so could risk invalidating your claim.
- Document the incident. If the claim is for damaged possessions, take pictures and videos of it as soon as possible. The more documentation you have, the quicker the claim can be processed.
- Document the claims process. Every time you talk to your insurance company or brokerage, note down the date and time, the name of the person you spoke with, and what was said. Keep any documentation you’ve received, and keep copies of anything you send.
