Policy Inclusions
Changes that are already part of your policy
Providing coverage when named persons drive other automobiles or rent or lease other automobiles.
This change cancels coverage for the use or operation of the described automobile until coverage is reinstated.
This change reinstates the coverages cancelled by OPCF 16.
This claim limits the amount we will pay for loss or damage under section 7 of your policy.
This change provides coverage for you when you need to pay for other means of transportation because of loss or damage to your automobile caused by a peril for which you are insured. It replaces coverage by section 7.4.4 of your policy, “Loss of Use Due to Theft.”
Except for certain Accident Benefits, it excludes all coverage when the person (the “Excluded Driver”) drives the automobile(s) described.
This provides coverage when any person who does not have a driver’s license, or is not authorized by law to drive, operates or drives a recreational vehicle off a public highway.
If your policy covers Section 7 “Loss or damage coverages” this change form limits the amount we will pay for loss or damage to automobile electronic accessories and equipment, other than factory installed equipment, to agreed amounts.
This change revokes our right as the insurer to deduct depreciation from the value of your vehicle when settling a claim for loss or damage caused by an insurable cause.
